At Hali Meals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide further instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or incorrect, Hali Meals will cover return shipping costs.
- If returning for any other reason, customers are responsible for return shipping.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (details to be collected after approval).
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used appliances, items damaged due to misuse, or those returned after the 7-day window are not eligible for return or refund.
