1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Hali Meals will cover return shipping costs.
  • If returning for any other reason, customers are responsible for return shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (details to be collected after approval).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used appliances, items damaged due to misuse, or those returned after the 7-day window are not eligible for return or refund.
